Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at info@liliaglow.com or through our Contact Form. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Returned items must be sent to the return address provided by our support team. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages or carrier errors.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Orders that do not arrive due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. In these cases, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your LiliaGlow Pumpkin Seed Oil arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@liliaglow.com.
Include clear photos or a short video showing the issue. Our team will review it promptly and arrange a replacement or offer an exchange credit where appropriate.
Lost Packages
Packages confirmed as lost by the carrier are not automatically eligible for a refund. Please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
If you can provide official documentation confirming carrier loss, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Cancellations & Orders in Transit

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

If you wish to cancel after dispatch, you may refuse delivery. Once the item is returned to us, your refund will be processed according to our standard return policy.
